They took £400 a month from a very close friend over a 3 year period and kept 82.5% each month as their fee.

They only paid a small amount each month to my friend's creditors, and the "war chest" of money they promised would be built up to act as a short-settlement fund has gone missing.

The companies linked to Expert Money Solutions all have the same Director, and constantly change their names and trading names to keep up the illusion that things are "out of their control" and that "they need to get the file" from the previous company, when it's the same office all along.

Whatever you do, go with a reputable Debt Management firm and NOT with Expert Money Solutions.
