I had never heard of this company before I received unsolicited mail from them thanking me for signing up to their service. I rang them to complain. They hung up on me. Subsequently they have somehow set up a direct debit on my credit card with neither my knowledge or consent, & three times taken £19.95 from it. The first amount was repaid following action by the credit card company, but the most recent two have not.

Their telephone customer service is absolutely useless. My first email has been ignored. I await their response to my second.
