Not Easy Getting A Reply!
CitySave offer a good range of products and services but is unfortunantley let down by the lack of communication. I've sent applications in the past to no avail, emails with questions that remain unanswered and It feels asthough the only way to get resolution is to call the office directly as written correspondence seems to go unread.
Really is a shame, should CitySave improve there approach to customer service, I belive they would be a brilliant facility which I would recommend to many!
