terrible platform, took my money, I tried to withdraw .sent email saying I have to pay for tax which I did, the issue could not be solved, kept requesting for more commission , bad treatment . I had to look help from ERIB.IO ., they trashed out everything, recovering my asset, I got everything back and I was relief of the stress I pass through

The service was great, easy ordering, best value available but when the currency arrived it was all used notes.

I have never experienced this before as most exchange provide you with new notes.

All arrived on time as promised, no faults there.

If you’re happy getting used notes then this is a great site.

Ordered online and paid 48 hours ago. The EUROS rate was good and I wanted FCS protection. Quite easy to order.

A 48 hour maximum time for delivery was promised so I have waited in today but so far there is no delivery

Even worse the tracking from Royal Mail says the packege is in LONDON .I am in ABERDEEN and the delivery time is crucial.

I am disappointed and unlikely to use the service again, or recommend you to others

I've purchased travel currency from here a few times now, always a good rate, and arrive on the specified day (remember it needs signing for)

Some say it's 'risky' as you have to make a bank transfer if you don't want to pay the debit card charge, but the transaction has always been seamless and you get a confirmation email of the transfer.

I recommend highly!

From the simple order process, the wide choice of availability dates, to delivering the money by Special Delivery the next day at bang on 1300 as specified, this was an excellent example of how service should be conducted.

For context, other web-sites offering good GBP to EUR exchange rates could only facilitate earliest delivery within 3 days.

Minor charge for paying if using debit cards, no charge if using bank transfer.

Ordered currency and received a confirmation saying payment had been authorised by bank. Heard nothing more until I rang them to find out where currency was. They said payment was from a business bank account which didn’t match name on order. They had made no attempt to contact me to find out about payment. Now they want to charge me £20 to cancel the order. Information about not accepting payment from a business bank account is buried in the small print on the payment page. Terrible service and ‘admin’ feee for cancellation is extortionate. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered currency with no issues, asked a question to customer service who got back to be in a couple of hours and received currency by special delivery the day I requested for delivery.

Would use again, great service.
