My account was blocked and was recommended by the following company ERIB.IO for help and I was able to recover my account back

I used to send money to Iran thru them and it was ok. they used to deliver the money within few days, but this last transaction was disasterous. It is more than 2 months they have received the money and after lots of follow up phone calls eventually they paid half the money. My family is trying to follow up with their counterpart in iran, but they keep on promising to give the rest of money within few days, yet hasn;t happenned yet. very disappointed. Will never make business with them. There are more legitimitate money exchange out there who do better job. Pls stop doing business with them.Not worthy.

Rude staff, I'm not sure if the owner aware of the bad reviews all over the internet. This is one hell bad reputation company to give them your business. Take it elsewhere.

They were rudely refusing to give our money back untill we decided to call police after struggling with them for long time!! I have no idea how these people are allowed to work in this country...?!

This company will make things up to scare you and to lure you in to get your money. Save your money and go to another exchange.

This firm takes your money and hold on it for financial gain. They give you all kinds of lousy excuses. Once you call the Police they will give you back your money to avoid prosecution. Stay away from them

i give him 18000 $ .he said it will be in my account in tehran in 3 days. my mom was sick and he needed that money , He had hart problem..

I WENT TO HIS OFFICE AND ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK , HE SAID WE DONT GIVE MONEY BACK. Icalled the police.

Plice said they can't do anything .His son is ass hole like his father.

AFTER 2 moths he send money but i hade go there very day front of his office and let evyboddy know his not giving my money..

If you are going to transfer large amounts of money don't trust Taheri Exchange. They claim that they are able to transfer the money in 48 hours however they would keep your money. I had to call them everyday and beg them to transfer my own money!!. Ask them to guarantee (in writing)that they would transfer the money. don't trust these guys.

Their exchange business revolves around lying and setting traps for you. Never, and I repeat, NEVER give them check or draft and always try to get cash from them because once they tell you they will deposit the money into your account "once the draft clears", they will make sure they wait the longest they can before giving you your money.

Unless you call them 3 times a day, they will not care about your business. They will lie to you, hang up on you, not answer your calls, yell at you over the phone. The most unprofessional manner you can expect.

I think the reason they take so long (weeks) to deposit your money is because they either have bad credit with their bank and the bank puts long holds on their transactions, or they invest your money in the meantime and make money off of it and then they will return your money.

Terrible customer relationship and very disrespectful.

They took our money and did not complete the transaction for over 22 days. The reason was that we gave him the money when the rate was high, but before they transfer it, the rate went down and so he did not want to complete the transaction with the high price that we had bought the currency from us. Do yourself and your money a big favor and stay away from this company.
