Never answer the phone, never answer emails. When I finally got to speak to someone she could hardly speak in a sentence that made any sense whatsoever.

She was so rude and tried to say it was my fault!!

Only used this service once - to buy euros. Best rate on day and delivered following day. No delivery charge as I ordered £500 worth. Paid by debit card and money arrived before funds taken from my bank account. Customer registration/log in straightforward. Can't really comment on customer service as I had no reason to speak to anyone. Def use service again.

I ordered some Turkish lira from this company, at an really good rate and it was suppose to arrive the following day. After two days the money had not arrived, I conntacted them and they gave me some story about I did not pass security checks. Why did they not tell me this on the day that I ordered or even the day after? I looked on the website and they had significantly dropped their rate on the Turkish Lira, coincidence? but I did get a refund.

I do not understand the reviews on this site that suggest that if you phone onlinefx, you will speak to an incoherrent chav. I rang them to place my order as I had a couple of queries and had also seen a better rate they were advertising on a comparison site. The guy I spoke to was helpful, friendly and matched the advertised rate.

The money arrived the very next day and it was all in order. Would definitelty use them again.

Travel money received promptly, as always the best rate online and next day delivery. I used a debit card to avoid credit card fees which is 1.5% for your information.

I have used this service for a few years now and never been let down.

Don't buy your cash at the airport as you will be shocked by the bad rates and high commission fees.

I used Onlinefx simply because I website for Travelex was not performing properly. This one came through immediately; transaction completed and received my currency early next morning. So, on limited experience, everything went fine. Simple and efficient and good rate.

My Experience was to say the least not at all impressive. I was under the impression that this was a sizeable company and as such well versed in dealing with Simple I repeat Simple requests. I'll just Sum as I found to my complete waste of time. Two Words. Totally incompetent. Anthony L

I called up at 9:45 in the morning and no one picked up the phone, i phoned again and eventually went through to a man who sounded like a Yob and had no idea of how to deal with a customer, perhaps he had come in late to work and was partying all night long, anyway after 10 minutes on the phone i got fedup, however i was promised a email regarding the order i made online, never got an email from him. I called up again to speak to the IT person who lives in another world, he assumingly expects a certain degree of computing knowledge from me and starts to blab on about servers and scripts and compatibility issues with my browser, i time him and he goes on for a good 15 minutes talking about what could be the problem, and he actually enjoys it!. i would really avoid onlinefx, they run this business like a Kebab shop!
