Went yo their branch at 4 Sloan St. to change $1000 US to £. Didn't want to count the money in front of other people. They advertised no mission charge and the cashier never mentioned the charge. Went home and looked at receipt, charged 10.9% handling fees (nearly £70), ripped off, avoid, they owned most of the bureau de change around Harrods, even inside the store. Avoid at all cost.

We sent money to Spain with this company without comparing with other services because we have seen several good reviews. Now I wonder if they wrote them themselves! The exchange rate we got is only slightly better than what we can get at the post office(1.182 vs 1.803) and the money would take 5 days to arrive to Spain! (from Friday to Wednesday). I've seen now most brokers are offering ~1.95 and I would have got a better deal with my own bank without so much hassle! Very disappointed and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
