I Registered With Insta Money, But The Process Was
I registered with Insta Money, but the process was inconsistent with what was described in the FAQ. Aspects of the website raised warning bells, but I went ahead and deposited £100 into Insta Money's RBS account, which is where it disappeared. The money was not transferred, and Insta Money are ignoring requests for a refund.

This service offers good value for money especially on small transactions. However, I had problems paying into the transfer account & subsequently getting the money back. This has now been resolved.
