No Refund Of My Money
The card worked pretty well on holiday in Spain. On my return the card still had a positive balance which I decided to keep for a future trip. The card expired before my next journey abroad. I have tried to reclaim my money without success. I used their phone contact ("you need to email them"); and I've emailed them three times without any response whatsoever.
Now I'm writing to them by post, copy to FCA, FSO etc.. But I'm not holding my breath.
