Mixed Opinion
When I first started using RBS for my banking purposes, I wasn't very impressed. The number of times I have gone in to get my name changed from Miss to Mrs, along with my middle and surname is ridiculous. However I have recently gone and visited a branch, and I must say that the employees were really helpful.
My name still has not been corrected, however I do feel that some of their employees are a credit to them. Overall worth going with them, but you will need some patience.

The Rbs Debit Card Issued From Rbs Uae, Does Not F
The RBS Debit card issued from RBS UAE, does not function in USA. On inquiry the Bank has informed that their cards are blocked in the US. Their service is efficient, but international acceptance or atleast a warning to the users is more important
