Halifax All In One Card

Applied for credit card. Credit card not received,only PIN. Requested for replacement card. Activated card after a day.Received over credit limit statement from collections department. Reported to Halifax,apparently somebody used and finished all credit in one day in France. Have not used a single pence of it and yet someone used it as "CHIP and PIN" in France, when I am in UK. Reported to fraud and complaints , refuse claim insisting i have given my PIN to someone I know. First time to happen in my life, A GENUINE FRAUD AND YET I WAS TO BLAME AND ASKED TO PAY THE OVERLIMIT CREDIT THIS FRAUDSTER DID!! Fraud department and complaints department with incompetent investigators and yet call themselves manager. How can you not see this that i was scammed?..My account security was breached by Halifax, why was it not alerted them that i applied for credit in UK and first use of the original card happened in FRANCE, all credit finished in one day? Complaints department and fraud department are not very helpful at all. AVOID HALIFAX CREDIT CARD, HOW MANY MORE VICTIMS LIKE ME SUFFER AGAIN WITH THEIR UNFAIR DECISION?
