I Spend £20k Annually And Pay Fully Monthly.
I spend £20K annually and pay fully monthly. The GM loyalty card ended and I was accepted for this card. I received a bill for the £18 annual fee due payment 11 January and still do not have the card (12 January)! After being fobbed off by the call centre I told them to cancel the card, and that I would not pay the fee.
