Welcome Host Customer Service Training Course

I found this course very useful. I had no previous formal customer service training and wasn't too sure with what to expect. I gained useful knowledge on the basics of customer service and how to communicate to your customers. It was a very hands-on, interactive session which only helped really. It was a really useful program which I would recommend to anyone.

Welcome Host is a really good one day course that was interactive and made me remember what good customer service is all about . You always think its obvious how to provide excellent customer service but it was a really good reminder to take time out and helped me put myself in the customers shoes so I can try and exceed expectations in the future
