I recently attended a management skills which was brilliantly done and has given me a lot more confidence as a manager.

I have had management training before, several years ago, but the 2 day course from Sue Grosvenor covered many areas which were new to me, such as assertiveness, dealing with difficult people and managing upwards.

The content was interesting, the pace of delivery just right, and interaction sessions were great for energising the group at times when concentration might have otherwise slipped.

Before the course I had been concerned that 2 days might be too long for an intoduction to management course but having done it I think it was about right.

I would recommend this course to anyone who's relatively new to management or just wants a refresher on how to manage people.
