I had to cancel the course due to personal reasons and when asking for a refund they are ignoring my emails and not responding!!!!! Which I think is not professional one bit they were quick to take my money but aren't quick when it comes to wanting a refund!!!! I have sent numerous emails for over a few months now and still no response!!!!

An excellent course focused on what's important with lots of great useful information. Probably most enjoyable I've ever been on and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to be a cabin crew. It is really worth it!

Well first of all I would like to thank Mark for all the fantastic help he has provided me during the course and for the interview. The help and tips have been really helpful and when I need his help he was always their so I would like to thank you so much for all your help and now I've got my dream job with the airline I wanted and will be joining Emirates this June so I would like to thank you so much Mark. And I would recommend this course 100%.

I would recommend this course to everybody! I attended the one in Manchester and loved every minute of it :) felt so relaxed and welcomed as soon as I entered the room and Mark was lovely and gave all the best advice! This course allowed me to get 3 interviews with all the helpful tips and I've managed to get a job with Thomson airways this summer! Wouldn't have been able to do it if it wasn't for this course :)

To be honest, I was not expecting this course to be as good as it actually was but this course really opened my eyes about the role as a cabin crew. It was a very long day and I did not get bored once during the session (I'd usually become very impatient with long ass sessions) and our cabin crew coach was a star; had great energy, was enthusiastic, friendly and involved everyone into the group! I have no negative thoughts about this course and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in working as a cabin crew.

I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone considering a career in the skies! The trainer is so welcoming and makes every stage of the day fun. You may feel nervous at first but he will soon have you feeling comfortable and free to express yourself.

You get to mix with others who share your goal and practice group work, which you will experience during an assessment day. It's really good fun and the inside tips you get will help you to tick all the boxes when it comes to recruitment.

At the end of the day you have a chance to get feedback on how you did during group work, which will be a huge help for recruitment days.

I went to Cabin crew workshop in Gatwick and I had really great time. Mark gave us all the information we needed to know before we apply for the job and we did practice for a interwiew plus we also got tips on what to wear, how to step out from the crowd and what are the airlines actually looking for in their future cabin crew members. Most of all this course will give you confidence in speaking to other people and believe in yourself which is helpful for any kind of job and your life. The course itself was fun for the whole day. I went on the course yesterday 14/03/15 with some knowledge regarding cabin crew and my future career, WOW is all I can say. I had the most amazing day and learnt so much, I feel a lot more confident regarding applying for jobs and my future in cabin crew. The knowledge and professionalism of the trainer was A1 with the role plays, group activities and a fulfilled exciting day. I'm currently working on the on line diploma course, that too I strongly recommend.

I recently applied for a cabin crew job, it has always been a job i dreamed of doing, i needed something to give me an edge but didnt no where to start, happen to come across the cabin crew workshop so booked it, it was fun, and gave me all the hints and tips i needed. From how to dress, how to express myself, knowing how to stand out in a very competetive environement, and delivering a great final interview...

I highly recommend it if you want to achieve your dreams. It was a big help and i believe it helped me get the job..

Was a little nervous about attending the course at first but as soon as I got there I had so much fun! We had a fully packed day with lots of hints and tips for assessment days and a real insight of what it was like to be cabin crew. We covered lots of things throughout the day such as appearance, body language, presentations, customer service and role-play. I had an assessment day with EasyJet a few days after this course in which I was successful and now I am just waiting for a training date. I can’t thank Mark enough for all the help and I would highly recommend his course to anyone who has the slightest interest in becoming cabin crew!!
