Completely useless bunch. Majority in the recruitment business are quite rubbish but this one tops most on the scale of uselessness.

I contacted them since their registration link was broken, none got back to me despite sending them a couple of polite emails. Finally after pushing them for a response, some idiot managed to reply, an American with an IQ of about 5 who can't spell or form a proper sentence. I tell him that the registration link is broken, he ignores me and insists that I complete it anyway ... how the hell do I magically fix their bloody problem?

Thanks to contacts in that industry, I found out why they don't bother getting in touch. They haven't got much business if any at all. Why you may wonder .... its cos they've built up a bad reputation both with clients and candidates. Don't waste your time with them, its a sinking ship.
