Agents from Tag Recruitment calls you 100 times if they think that they want to make some business out of you, but if they feel that you are not fit for any roles, they don't even answer the phone. They will also try to exaggerate about the employers to the job seeker and they through them into soup. This is what happened to me.

They called me 20 times even though I was not answering the phone and finally when they spoke to me, they said there is an exciting role and it perfectly matches to your profile and the company is market leading etc. They arranged telephone interview within 1 hour, when I managed to get through, they even managed to arrange face to face very quickly. They exaggerated a lot about the company. I had to travel all the way 350 miles to and fro and finally when I went there the employers don't even have a proper premises, rooms and the employers expect you to be available 24 hours a day and they are telling you to be ready to sacrifice family for work. I got disappointed and came back. From that I was trying to reach the agency and they are not answering the phone, even though they are answering they are not speaking. They are saying that they are busy in the meetings. Same person called 20 times before securing the interview

I have just been placed in a new job by TAG Recruitment and received a service unlike any I have had previously. The recruiter (Dave) called back when he said he would, was knowledgeable about the job, giving great insight into the client and preparing me well.
