Sounds like the owner was siphoning funds from Ratio Search to another business, Ratio Money.

Ratio were fine having read the above comment I thought as a happy candidate (even if i did not get the job) I would post my experiences of Ratio... very good company and I will use them if i ever recruit... shame the disgruntled are heard more often!

Although very good at getting me started for the position advertised, the level of service after a start date was unsatisfactory and caused headaches on a weekly basis getting information from them.

I will never be using this recruitment agency again as have worked for others that have never had the problems I have encountered with them. Very disorganised and very unhelpful.
