A great scheme to make you pay 400 quid for .... nothing. Totally useless, with bad customer service and very pushy people.

Shame on this company and people who runs it and all of their employes. The course is fake, certificates as well and they don't help you find any job. There was this woman who supposed to be my counselor and help me find the job but she would only send me here and there email with job ads from gumtree os some other sites.

At the end i didn't even expect anything from them but realised i was cheated and paid £400 for nothing. Lesson learned at least. I was desperate to find work therefore an easy target for them. And them disgusting people taking advantage of poor people.

I have been doing an online course with these people since last year. I paid a very large amount of money, they promised a set wage, a guaranteed job once id passed the course. But they don't always take payments on time. I wanted them to take it automatically from my account each month, but they said it wasn't possible and they had to ring me and take it manually each month. The last two months they haven't taken payments. Tried calling- the line is now dead. Tried emailing- nothing then i've gone onto this website and seen these reviews. I have now lost a lot of time, money and no course qualification. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR A COURSE. I learnt the hard way.

Hello everyome ans thank you for your reviews, because I've just finished an interview with them in Liverpool st and decided to not to accept. Iam unemployed but I have a bachelor's degree and a Master degree. They offered to me an It online course for 750£, today 500£ due to a discount. It seemed quite interesting when he talk to me about future possibilities and salary, but then he told me about the cost so I got disappointed. I decided to check online and thank to your review I'm definetly sure to not to accept. I can confirm they are not proessional but just liers.

I am a bachelors degree graduate and had a call from them twice in one year. Basically, I had a call last year and went to Liverpool Street Branch expecting a job interview or free courses and training to get into a job. However, I sat there for 30min., after what, was invited to do an online Microsoft assessment which was done completely right. But still, I was offered a training to get a job. Even though I tried to explain that I am advanced in Microsoft Office (I do IT programming in my spare time and MS Office is peace of cake)the man still forced me in taking the online course for £400, saying that I never will get the job without it. I obviously refused their help. And again, a man (Hasan) called me today (in one years time) offering me an interview again. I remembered the organisation and asked if courses are free this time via the phone and he assured me that it is, this time. Such a big fat lie. DO NOT even bother going there. I realise that it gets very hard to find a proper job at time, but they are not a solution, trust me.

Thank you to everyone for your reviews I also had an appoitment today butI did research last night that kicked in my instincts not to do this especially paying for all these courses and after I read these reviews I am definitely not going or pursuing this, I urge everyone who has had a call from prospects to do the same before you lose your money or waste your time!

I want to thank you all for yr reviews, a man cal me n ask me to bring my cv n passport size pic with me tomorw at 12:00 at Liverpool street! His number was hidden which is a bit doggy...I thought its a job interview n I got an email confirmation. It's prospect at Liverpool street..n decide to search search more abt this company...after reading this I am not going! Thx u yr reviews helped me a lot!

It pains me to even give these guys a one star as an overall rating. They've take quite a bit of money, thankfully It wasn't too much as I didn't have much to begin with.

DO NOT bother with them, DO NOT give them a penny and PLEASE share these reviews with everyone so that they know not to go near these guys.

I'm a master's level graduate and was told that I should take my master's degree achievement OUT of my CV (seriously!), and also how I can't get a decent job without doing their course. I'm now employed as a Marketing Executive at a high-end private clinic in London, earning £25K annual.

Like i said, DO NOT bother with these guys and SHARE these reviews with your friends so we can stop other people being treated like this.

Not knowing what the job could have been about I went online to search about the company and found this website! My interview is for Monday and I think it's best I don't even bother go.. The phone call did sound a bit dodgy which is why it's so important to check everything online so you don taste your time.

Please do not make the same mistake that I made. Prospects (Liverpool street) is not a real recruiting and training center as they are asking money for their service and make you sign a tricky contract and offer a useless product in return. I paid my last savings to them as they manipulated me and offered a short course in exactly the same area where I thought I might need some improvement (Microsoft Office). They are checking jobseekers profile and approach them by offering training and career advice for 750GBP. If the price is too high for you, they are happy to reduce it to an amount which is affordable. they make you pay straight away by using terms and phrases that make you feel you simply cannot miss this opportunity to get your dream-job. They just want to take as much money as they can from each and every person who falls into their trap. It can be any amount, they will make you tell them how much you can pay. They will not show you the software that they actually sell to you and you will only realize that it is a low-quality, completely useless product when it is too late. Their way of communication is excellent and this is how they managed to trick me. They make you sign a certain part in the contract by which you loose your right to cancel the agreement or ask for a refund in order to receive their software 30 minutes after the interview. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT with PROSPECTS and PLEASE DO NOT PAY A PENNY to this company!
