They’re late with every payment and it’s a battle to get that!

They use the end client as an excuse and even blamed myself as the contractor asking to be paid late..really!

This agency is a diabolical shambles with no respect for engagement agreements or payment schedule to agreed terms.

The rates are lower than market average so with having your debt chase the agency for payment it’s just not worth the aggravation, especially as their are much better agencies out their.

Fo yourself a favour and avoid these people!

Utterly unreliable, unprofessional, and re-miss in their dealings.

Continual failure to keep you up-dated with application progress.

This is one of the most unprofessional agencies I have ever dealt with. I have applied for a number of roles and then you get no response; this is even after you speak to them and they want to put you forward. No feedback and then they bombard you with other roles.

I just wish that employers wouldn’t use them as they are missing out on some decent candidates. It puts me off from applying for roles, if I see that Principal People are the agency.

This is either the culture of the company or their recruitment team needs further training.

Never call you back when they say they will. After going to interview, telephoned me and tried to drop the agreed rate.

Slagged off previous Advisors and Managers that had worked through them Very unprofessional.

Principal people offered an amazing service to me. Not only were they helpful in giving me more information regarding roles I'm most suited for and should apply for, they were also consistent in contact. Emailing and phoning me with fantastic opportunities. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the H&S industry looking for a job!

What a lovely group of people.

I contacted them about an advertised job and the individual I spoke with requested that I send him my CV 'urgently', which I did. From then it was total silence - I phoned and emailed and had zero response. Whilst I accept that I may have not been right for the post they had advertised, the refusal to even acknowledge me was, quite frankly, rude. A simple 'thanks' would have been enough. Whenever you phone you are always told that the individual to whom you want to speak is 'in a meeting'. I have also requested, on the phone and in writing, that they delete my CV from their records and advise when they have done so - again, total silence. This is in breach of the Data Protection Act and I shall be taking matters further. They are unprofessional, in my view, and there are plenty of other recruiters around.

They refused to put me forward for jobs because I inadvertantly applied for a job elsewhere. They are small minded bully boys. I would recommend that employers and jobseekers go elsewhere for their recruitment solutions.
