I paid for the level 3 computer course. I was going to finish the final section yesterday but their website is no longer in use and all emails have been sent back undelivered and no answer to phone calls! Just wanted to warn people so they don't waste their money.

I have purchased several online courses from Parker Ascott. I have completed two of them - and went back to Parker Ascott to request the certificates.

I can't get hold of them via email or by phone. There is no response.

I looked at their website and they last updated it 18 months ago - have they vanished and run off with my money.

I feel really let down and concerned that I have been led into something that has all gone wrong.

Does anyone know about them and what has happened to them? Have they run off with my money - I have this opinion of them as there is no communication from them at all at the moment. I hope someone can put my mind at ease.

Parker Ascott would have got review in minus , but here I don't have anyway to do it, it will get the lowest possible rating, this is a fraud so be aware, I finished my Accounting course more then year ago, every time i email them they say they don't have any vacancy available, I already did my sage 50 before and these people promice me to get me a job , this is how they trap people, I did sage 50 course twice because they say course have been updated. please don't waste your money with this fraud Parker Ascott.

I already send all my certificates on august 2014 and still they don't have any opportunity, they will give you good customer service and will reply before you pay them.. BEWARE...

I did Computerised Accounts Level 1, 2 & 3 and have certificates for all level, I have emailed them many times but they don't have any opportunities since year????? ..

Shame on you guys...

I am going to give them a 4 star review. I too did the career start programme with parker ascott. I signed up back in January 2014 for there services. The training was good and I finished it within 4 weeks. Then they did give me help with my CV and I must admit it was a good improvement on what I currently had. Then came the wait for the placement. I waited for around 3 months before I heard anything back from a company. They sent me a list of all the companies they were in contact with, which was helpful because I could see that they were actually doing their job. I understand that I had to wait, but for me the wait was a little too long, anyway I am glad I finally got a placement. So because of the wait I will give them 4 stars. Overall, I share the same experience with most on here, I did wait but it was worth it in the end.

I am pleased to say that I will be joining an accountancy company on Tuesday 27th of May after waiting about two months.

I completed the first part of the programme in under a month and was very keen to get started on the practice.

I made sure that I was on their case and liked how I was treated with regards to the progress.

I like how they never gave up and managed to secure me a placement in the end.

Now I can really start my career in accountancy.

I would advise anyone who is interested in this agency is to not waste your money. I have been waiting for a couple of months now for a placement and I am not satisfied with the service. As every time I had asked is there any progress I received the same email back 'We don’t have any progress as of yet. We will report back as soon as something comes up'.

I advice anyone who is looking for a accountancy job is to email every accountancy firm for work experience majority of the time they will keep you on if you are hard working.

If they don't keep you on you have experience now and can apply for a job which is excellent.

Keep applying something will come up, in the mean while you could join recruitment firms such as Page Personal who were a great help.

I would not recommend their career start programme to anyone, over the phone it seems like you will get a placement. However, its been three months now and no progress on my placement. I have to keep emailing them and they keep responding by saying we are still looking and yet I have no idea on which means they are using to pursue my placement. Not worth the money or time, they don't fulfil their promises. Be aware.

the sage 50 accounts course was good i found it interesting and easy to understand. I think anoyone who wishes to learn how to use sage and understand the accounts should contact parker ascott

It's my first time doing the online training. I am more the traditional pen and paper kind of person. So I was a little nervous about doing the Accounts course, however the course was most pleasing. The instructions were straight forward and easy to read. I got my certificates in the post today and I was most pleased. I particular like the fact that all the support was included as well as the test fees. Very pleasing.

I signed up with their Career Start Programme as I was interested in the work experience portion in order to help my career prospects. The training section was fine but they have been very slow at responding to any emails.

It has been several months of waiting for info on gaining work experience and every time I have chased this up I have simply been told they are working on it, with no details of what they are actually doing to help me. To date the program has not been worth it for me as I have received no benefit to date.
