The person I dealt with was the most rudest and disingenuous person I have ever met. After receiving the standard generic email stating they have no positions available and will keep my CV on file, I rang and spoke to the 'message taker' who could only pass on my comments, which was to look on this website to see all the people who have been dissatisfied with their lack of help and to ask if it wasn't too much trouble, they could call me back, as they promised to do so in the first instance when I rang. The person eventually rang back to say, in her mocking tone, that she only rang me back because she wanted to hear my attitude because I was apparently rude to her associate (the message taker) and she had no intention of finding me a job because she didn't like the way I sounded. I think she needs to have a closer look at her own attitude as this is NOT how recruitment agencies are supposed to treat the very people who are their bread and butter!

I had amazing experience - professional, helpful and totally supportive. They sat with me and went through my CV in detail, showing a real interest in my experience and what I wanted to do next. Within a week they had suggested two roles - one of which I interviewed for and was successful. I would thoroughly recommend their service.

On the website it says 'our personal service defines us'...well, you need to check what personal means in a dictionary because the response I received...

"Thank you for forwarding your CV.

However, we do not have any suitable vacancies at this time.

We will keep your CV on file and, should something suitable crop up, we will let you know.

Good luck with your search."

is NOT personal!!!

I am very disappointed because I expected some sort of support. Do they expect only people with perfect CVs to contact them? I would think such people wouldn't need a recruitment agency to find a job.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID PA LONDON!

This agency look very helpful and professional from their website (don't they all!).

They say they promise to at least respond to every CV you send via their website. Well, I have sent my details through three times now and they have not bothered to reply.

They also say they are happy to talk to you after you send your CV if you phone them, but they are so unhelpful and arrogant. They say nobody is available and they are too busy to take a message.

This leaves a very poor impression and makes them look unprofessional.
