Incomplete Job Description, Poor Candidate Services!
Nothing to like!
Incomplete job descriptions, roles miles away, and once registered never hear anything back!
Not worth registering with as just give the run around, but never the actual job!
No tailoring or reading of cv, otherwise they would send roles that match skills.
Very much one of a number if a candidate.
Only Call To Obtain Names Of Clients From Other Agencies
The Sheffield office only ever call me to find out where else I've been interviewing.
On the call they ask you to explain your skills and your last role before spinning you a line that they are actively marketing their clients with your C.V.
Their last question is always ; "just so that I don't submit cvs to companies where you've been put forward, can you tell me then names of those companies?".
1 - Why would they pick your cv out of tens of thousands to match you to their potential clients?
2 - Why do they need to know the names of companies, they should call to discuss the role before knowing the names.
3 - You will never hear back from them even if you give them some bogus names (which I now do regularly).
