Upon arriving at Lipton Fleming it became apparent that Saphia (who I had arranged to meet) had forgotten about our appointment and had gone home. After frantic confusion about what to do with me, someone on their way out home agreed to talk to me and take me details. Things like this happen.

After being suggested roles not really related to what I wanted, I gave in a accepted an interview for one (practice is good even if I'm not too fussed about getting the job). The day before the interview, I had arranged with the recruiter a telephone chat to prepare me for the following day. I took my lunch hour and waited and waited. There was no call, no email or text. Nothing to explain why there was no contact or apology for me twiddling my thumbs for an hour.

Even after contacting them to inform them I will no longer be using their services, I had no reply.

To conclude, a poorly organised recruitment agency. Which is a shame as they have the industry knowledge.
