The recruiters who work at Larsen Brown are very professional, display excellent customer service and follow up skills. Unfortunately, the co owner Timothy Brown does not share the same level of professionalism. Mr. Brown does not display professionalism when interacting with individuals (clients and prospective temporary employees), over the phone. His idea of professionalism is telling people off, and hanging the phone up on individuals in an attempt to "one-up" somebody. My advice to Timothy Brown is that he needs to gain phone etiquette and learn how to conduct his self in a professional manner, at all times.
