I have worked for a number of agencies over the years and my experience of Involve has been very good 

All work was handled professionally and wages paid on time

I would use this agency again if looking for employment

Cut a long story short these guys owe me a days pay after chasing it for 3 weeks I was told today by an advisor they won’t be paying me basically if you enjoy using fuel to get to site and working for free this agency is right for you if not stay clear

They tell you anything! just to get you on the job . When things are not correct to what was agreed and you try and contact office . They want answer phone or you are told that the person is not in the office . Money wes never right . Warning . Stay away from INVOLVE.

This guy Rhys vale at involve recruiting said its time and a half for Saturday he's got more balls than a bull but its such a sad fact that hes a compulsive liar. Your gonna get caught up in the near future its a small world Watch this space

After reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant to register. However, I have been working with Involve for the past 8 months and I have yet to have any problems with Involve. The staff cannot be more helpful when I have any questions. I have had consistent work since registering, so with that being said, I would recommended Involve recruitment to my family and friends.

The staff are arrogant then they try and twist everything around, don't work for these muppets they will rip you of and when you try to get awnsers they talk to you like a fool . Only thing is they are useless muppets that earn money of skilled workers conning idiots

Where do I start??? Basically biggest liars under the sun.. Certain staff who I cannot name are thick as dog poo. Best left well alone. Rather go without than work for these sharks

Lie about rates of pay, dodge your phone calls constantly, management impossible to get hold of. Lie about terms of employment, absolutely awful, worst recruitment company I've ever worked for. I had to hassle them for 3 weeks to get paid anything and then it wasn't the agreed rate, now it's two months later and I'm still trying to sort it out. Avoid these pirates at all costs.

Shocking company! Never pay correctly, lie about rate of pay, never get back to you if you need to sort anything out. They either ignore you or send you to people who it's nothing to do with. All they care about is booking shifts so they can make a profit on it. In my case, I ended up booking in the work myself by liasing with the manager of my temp workplace, as if he spoke to involve, involve were always making errors and the miscommunication got too bad.

If you want to be tricked and have other people benefit from your labour then this is the agency for you.

I can not stress how rude they are when you try to resolve your issues. I spoke to one staff member and when I told her I had been offered a full time position, she bluntly replied "you're joking" and hung up the line and transferred me to someone else as she did not want to speak to me. Then the next staff member told me I was "naughty" for finding myself a permanent position. What else are agencies for if not for finding temporary work until something permanent comes along?!

I've read several poor reviews about this company online and having experienced being screwed over myself by involve I can honestly say DO YOUR RESEARCH! THESE REVIEWS ONLY TELL THE TRUTH!

It all sounds like a dream at first but trust me, they soon drop it!
