"We're brilliant but we're going through a bit of a bad patch at the moment" might have been acceptable the first time round. Six and a half years later after THEY asked ME to register with them on account of them claiming to like my CV, it's wearing a bit thin. They're always advertising jobs, but they're either already taken (although I've noticed many reappear complete with the same reference number a few weeks after vanishing - you'd almost think they were making them up!) or the client is "fussy". To be fair, Grace Personnel have always been polite to me when they've come out with their lily-livered excuses, but style isn't really anything without substance!
