Trying to get their online Compliance pack to work was a nightmare. I finally achieved it, emailed them to say so and asked them to confirm it was all ok. No word for 4 weeks. Emailed again and was then embroiled in a mire of confusion, receiving contradictory information from several email addresses and even some the same one. Upshot is I worked for them months ago, struggled for ages with the pack so yes, it was late, finally completed it but no acknowledgement or responses even after a few weeks. Still not paid and being informed that I haven't done or sent things that I know I have. Utterly perplexed.

Wasted call from Experis Manchester.

Received call from Experis (Manchester office). Was asked to go through my c.v. and explain my experience which I duly did. Recruiter was clearly aiming conversation towards names of companies where I'd been for an interview but I always give people a chance as it could be genuine.

After 5 minutes of conversation recruiter claimed he had no jobs for me but was going to actively recruit me to companies. I asked him why he was using this method as it is 10-15 years out of date and why did my c..v stand out. from millions of others on the internet.

He was adamant he just wanted to market me but was new to the job.

Funnily enough he was now in a rush to get off the phone and couldn't wait to end the call!
