Many thanks to the staff at Home Bargains, The Stack, Lochee, Dundee who are always very courteous and helpful. Special mention to the Floor Manager for excellent service and to the assistant who helped me load bags of coal into the boot of my car last week. Well done! Great store!

I was absolutely appalled at the contents of the brief and impersonal email I received back from this agency.

'Job filled, thanks'. The only way to know who had sent it was by the email address. The woman did not even bother to sign off.
