I Was With Them For 11 Months And Experienced The
I was with them for 11 months and experienced the following:
Unsigned continuation contracts despite daily chasing where potentially I was working for 2 weeks without a contract!
Received no money yet....I left 7 months ago and I am still owed money from over 12 months ago
I have received no contact. When I tried to contact them they promised to look in to it and call me back. Lucky I didn't hold my breath
I would NEVER work for this company again
Generally Most Recruitment Agencies Are Good At Ca
Generally most recruitment agencies are good at calling and responding to you, but not ElanIT (Switzerland & Germany).
If you are not the candidate that successfully got the position they will not inform you. They promise calls etc., but never call back, and payment is typically late. They push you for face to face interviews when they already know you won't get the position, and the cost of flights etc are your own costs, which you never get back.
