I was referred to COREcruitment by a former colleague who had used them to find a new management position. After sending my CV through their website, www.corecruitment.com, I was invited to London to meet their consultants.

Not only was I treated with great respect by their team, the consultant (I am in contract catering) was honest about my strengths and weaknesses and advised me on positions and salary expectation. She was completely transparent and helped me understand how the whole recruitment process works.

After getting to know me as a person, my experience and what kind of role of was looking for, I was updated daily with the latest opportunities by email or telephone. I expressed interest in a role, and after hearing more information from my consultant, agreed for my CV to be sent out to employers.

Within a few days an interview had been set up!

All the details were told to me over the phone and sent to my email. On the day of the interview I received a reminder call (this is why CORE is so great - personal and detailed). The whole process went smoothly and my consultant was excellent - it's great to feel that someone with experience, and who wants to help, is only a phone call away.

Thankfully the interview went well, feedback was received within a few days and I landed my current job.
