Called them up to inquire of their local services. The guy on the phone was rather unfriendly and said he could only discuss specific position posted online. Overall bad attitude and acting superior. Not helpful at all.

I registered with Connections Employment Agency shortly after being made redundant from my job due to branch closure and then started applying online but it said there was no need to apply online as someone would ring me regarding vacancies of interest to me, they never did and when a lady rang the other day it was to offer me a job I was not qualified for and expressed no interest in at the meeting.
