Very unfortunately my experience of Careerwise was that they didn't appear to understand or even have a clue about skills or subject matter or real client requirements. Add to this their appalling, disgracefully arrogant communications with their very unpleasant attitude and I am left with the impression that these people are complete time wasters (IMHO). Perhaps THEY should consider looking for another job as the attributes experienced do not appear to match those of effective recruiters? Thankfully there are plenty of good recruiters around that will politely help them and whom ironically they may be able to learn from.

I was contacted by a Careerwise recruiter for a role I wasn’t initially interested in applying for.

The recruiter convinced me to “have a chat” with the company and organised the first interview on the same day.

I was then called again for a second interview with the company and was told that I would receive feedback by the end of the same week.

I have never received any updates and ghosted when trying to email or call.
