This specific agency is registered as a REC member and their contracts are also REC audited, but their daily practices are far less than ethical and in no way reflect their REC membership! (I have personally, and confirmed by others dealt with situational blackmail, bullying, aggressiveness and in the beginning of the contract borderline illegal advice from their so called Finance Director)

Myself and and another contractor have had to be quite forceful to get this agency to "tow the line" they will and try to take advantage of any situation in their favour, often quoting their performance as "exemplary".

At one stage I strongly felt that their treatment and communications were directed in such a fashion that this agency's directors think of us contractors as their slaves.

Late Payments were also an issue and they treatened me and my family whilst being based overseas that they would not pay me unless I worked till the end of the contract despite no legal grounding in the contract.

I had to resorte to legal action for them to back down.

DO not accept any assignments from them!

Be aware of this agency. They called me up for an opportunity and as they were the first agency that called I accepted to be put forward. I asked them to send me a draft contract to check the T & Cs but they did not. Anyway I went for the interview and I got the Job. I accepted the job but they delayed the contract until the last minute. Then as I was reading the contract I realise that the payment terms was absolutely rubbish. They were going to pay me 30-40 days after receipt of the invoice. At that point I had to take the job as I did not had any other income. But at the course of time it proved very painful. They never pay on time they might delay your payments for more that a month, they will find any excuse to not pay even when they already got the money from the client. Just better stay away from them. They do not even operate with a company under bluemonday recruitment, they trade under EPIPHANY PROJECTS LTD (05312227) a company that worth nothing. Be very careful with them and stay away.
