Been around agencies a long long time. Seen some good, seen a lot of bad ones. Baxter give me the impression they are part of the latter when the can't be bothered to even acknowledge you!

Based on my initial impressions I wouldn't recommend them to a friend!

The gentleman who was leading my job hunt was actually very nice. He was attentive to needs and worked hard to secure interviews... except they sent me to the wrong city and it all went downhill.

I was sent to Bicester, but my interview was in Leicester. After having paid for train tickets to travel there I asked about covering the costs of being sent to the wrong place. I was told I should wait.

I waited.... and I called them back.... and woe and behold it appears no refunds will be coming my way. Really upset at this poor customer service particularly for a fault that was their's.

Be careful, they may do an ok job but if they make a mistake, you'll be paying for it.
