After receiving an Email in regards to a vacancy that the Liverpool team were dealing with, I emailed back and was told they would contact me back. It was for a position I was able to do and I had been out of work for a few months and keen to start work again.

I rang and emailed the relevant person and they had the usual excuses, was in a meeting etc can I ring you tomorrow....

5 days later I am still waiting....

Do not use this Recruitment agency as they are unprofessional, unreliable and couldn't get you a job on a sinking ship.

I recently relocated and got in touch with AMR Specialist Recruitment regarding a job that I had applied for and heard nothing back from a few weeks previous.

I was asked to meet them in a hotel which was a little under 20 miles away from my new home. I got there expecting to be interviewed and given more information regarding the role that I had applied for. Upon meeting the Consultant I was disappointed to find that he had not read my CV, had no idea what my background was and didnt know which job it was that I had applied for?! He simply askad what salary I wanted and what area of work I was looking for, bearing in mind this was a SPECIALIST Recruitment Company.

I was suprised when the meeting ended there.

As a business owner looking to recruit, I would look elsewhere. I do admit that my standards of service are high, but this is only as the customer service I give is of an extremely high standard. I have no patience for incompetence unfortunatly for AMR.

I have since emailed AMR asking them to remove my details from there database. I would'nt recommend anyone using them even if they were the last Recruitment company on the planet.
