I would avoid this agency like the plague if your intending to be paid for your work.

In the short period (4 weeks) when I worked for them, I have had one weeks pay delayed which required 6 phone calls to sort out, I have been refused my last weeks pay due to their client going into administration, and in the words of abstract, " it would be business suicide to pay people when we're not getting paid ". I can now understand why they were refusing to give out pay slips...

This company do not care about the contracted agreement they make with you regarding your shifts/pay rate, they behave more like a charity, using your work to get themselves paid. I would advise anyone who is in this situation with this agency to go to the gov.uk/acas site and give them a call.

Bottom line, unless you enjoy voluntary work, dont apply for work through this company. You WILL be left at a loss. Take a look at their website and facebook if you need more convincing.

I applied for a role with the agency, they emailed in asking to come in and register, which when I get in there, the other staff don't know what I'm talking about! 'What role'?
