Waste Time And Mislead Candidates
I receive a phone call from 4it. Local perm job. Quizzed for 1/2 hour on all skills required. Agent says I'm perfect fit and will put me forward for the role. Imagine my surprise 2 days later when agent responds with 'we need someone at start of their career'!
Why waste my time and tell me I'm good for the role earlier?
Basically sounds like ageism to me so be careful with this lot.
