Currently in the process of taking this agency to tribunal over £48, due to the principle of not paying my 4 hours of work, absolutely avoid them at all times. Very unprofessional communication and they will ignore your messages when you have a serious enquiry. The Harlow agency is extremely unprofessional and will try her best to not pay your hours, anyone who deals with these issues take them straight to tribunal and contact Acas.

worst agency ever. I worked for them in dhl, and they end up discrimminating mental health problems. Highly unprofessional.

24/7 is terrible. Changes shift times on a whim without letting me know (I guess at least they let me work when I show up at the wrong time through no fault of my own) I work in a warehouse where you get paid based on performance. Supervisors look the other way when the Eastern Europeans do things wrong to get their rate up. Meanwhile I'm getting paid minimum wage typically 32 hours/week (because we're always sent home early) and can't get my rate high enough to make more because I'm expected to fix what other people are doing wrong.

I work for DHL supplies. And 24/7 is the worst agency I have ever come across. If your polish you get away with everything but anyone else you don't. They don't obey by health and safety rules and they treat you very badly. So keep well away from there. Some of the people was friendly there but others got in your way stopped you from doing your job. They always talk in polish so you can not understand them.

Worst agency ever keep well away I worked for them I was at Obriens waste management do not pay u over time expect you tor work a Saturday for £10 extra even tho you do 10 hours they take money off u left right and centre do not use this agency and if they send you to Obriens don't go

Tried contacting agency by phone and email. No response to emails and telephone response is worst that I have encountered in years of dealing with them. I tried to help someone looking for job in Chippenham who is not confident. People are slammed in this country for not trying (so press makes you believe). When vacancies go through agencies like this I am not surprised when employers say they can't find local native applicants!

Employers would be better off advertising and recruiting direct and would help the economy.

never experienced anything like it if your not polish you cant get shifts get put on 3 day weeks dont get paid,always ending up an hour short in the wages,get told to go to work just to get sent home again,avoid with all cost a bunch of racists

24/7 exploits people. Currently bringing people from Latvia, providing housing and charging double for what they would pay through any letting agency. As soon as they find out they are being ripped off they are offered to get out and find another job or shut the heck up. Incompetent management. Human traficking in other words as all they do now is bringing non english speakers from abroad and making money on double paid houses they provide. If you are local, english - dont even bother - chances you will be called to work - %30.
