Sometimes this job can be the most amazing career in the world: a good day can make you literally glow inside but a bad day, with absolutely no back up from management, can make you feel so terrible, tense and damn right awful. At the end of the worst days in the job, I can remember feeling I wanted to drive away and never, ever return. A unique job, hard work and very intense. Not for the sensitive and faint hearted!
