Too Much Prssure
Over the years I have spoken to a rep at Serif many times. Sometimes to order a product; sometimes to say I do not require a product;sometimes on another matter such as registration . I have no problem with the products at all and have used them with pleasure down the years. But what irritates me is that they are always trying to get me to buy more. I know that is their job but they strain one's patience because they will NOT take no for an answer and I have to be quite rude eventually and close the call down. Their psychology is quite bad at times. I am now in my mid eighties - I am not in business, I have been retired twenty odd years and the piggy bank is less and less and I really do not have the money to purchase stuff I do not need even when given a 50% discount [which I have been offered as I remember]. Why buy something I will hardly if ever use ?
