I applied in March for a 3 pound/month package to complete a cv assignment. Little did I know, in the finer prints this 3 pound package if not cancelled within the next 2 weeks, they will continually charge me for a yearly package, i.e. £25.80 per month. No notice/email was given about the money being deducted from my bank account every month for the past 8 months.

I had not used their service since March, which was for the assignment. Therefore, I asked for a full refund or a pro-rated refund since I was not using the service. However, I was only refunded £25.80 for one month. And while negotiating my refund the customer service worker kept persuading me to buy another package. When I questioned about the amount for refund (I asked a few times) the person finally mentioned £25.80. My advice is to not set up an account on this website, they are untrustworthy and will take your money.

Loved this service much and the reason is phone communication with the writer. Before placing an order I requested a free callback from one of their CV writers. Very pleasant lady Katherine called me the next day and briefly explained the working scheme. After this I was ready to place my order for CV+cover letter.

My new CV is just perfect now. I like the way it's worded and its simple professional formatting. I have only stated looking for new jobs, so can't tell anything about its success rate.

But in any case, I am very thankful for this perfect document!

PS. Very friendly support team, though there was 4-hour delay in their responses.
