First off, this company has always had an excellent turn-around time and accuracy on their translations. We have someone who reviews the translated materials after Transn has sent the them to us and usually there isn't any problem. We've had questions on why they translated phrases the way they did and they respond promptly with easy to understand reasons as well as supporting documentation.

On their most recent translation there was a fairly large error that stemmed from mistranslating 'your' as 'you'. As a result an entire sentence's meaning was changed and didn't make sense in the context of the rest of the text. We sent it back and they quickly fixed it without any problems. A simple error that could have been caught by reading the text.

Overall I would recommend Transn for your translations. Regardless of the company I would always recommend having someone proofread the translated documentation if possible. Mistakes happen, no company is perfect.
