As a regular and ok user of Excel, I learnt so much in just one day. Am going to take lots of time saving tricks back to my daily work and will definitely try out many of the reports looked. A nice intro to excel for beginners, covered a good amount and variation of topics, easy to understand and excellent trainer.

I thought the days training for the Intermediate/Advance Excel was excellent, not only value for money, but the staff member involved was attentive and detailed. We used examples, which we could apply for our own needs and could see how we could improve our standards at reporting figures. Although we initially, we thought we would only need a few formulas, there were others that the trainer taught us, when they understood what our needs were and how we could apply them to our daily routine. We touched on, not only formulas, but charts, pivots, conditioning, shortcuts, macros to name a few. Everything was explained fully and we could ask questions throughout the day. An excellent service.

The tutor was polite, knowledgeable and patient. The materials were easy to understand and suited to our company's needs.

Excellent XML training. We got a really useful overview of XML and its uses, as well as practical exercises.

The advisor has a very relaxed method of teaching which i enjoyed.He is clearly very experienced and knowledgable about the subject and athough the course content was very involved i learnt a lot of new things i did not know and will use in my day to day work.

I felt that the training I needed (for MS Access) didn't fit into the 'beginner, intermediate, advanced' categories which are offered by most training companies.

Instead the IT service offered tailored training, and that is what I got. I got lots from the course that I needed. I will need more training and will definitely go back to the IT service for it.

I found the 1:1 training session really helpful. Different from some other providers out there he is extremely flexible and happy to tailor everything to individual needs. We used my own spreadsheets, which I sent to him in advance, and we decided along the way which topics to focus on. I also liked the fact that he doesn't make a big show or try too hard to impress. Where there's a simple way of doing it he'll show you the simple way of doing it.
