Absolutley Awful - Do Not Use
I started using this company in the back end of 2010 for my personal business. They were rude from the start and thought they were the big cheese. They never forefill requests, answer you company telelphone as the wrong company, and sound like they have absolutley no idea what they are doing when they do. Clare is rude and then you get to Ian, who is just in a league of his own when it comes to being obnoxious when you say that something is wrong.

Yes, I agree with you as this kind of attitude we can not tolerate anyway. However, I have a good experience with a company entitled as Flint Rock Resources, which have given good consideration to provide very smooth customer care service to its worldwide customers. Flint Rock Resources has been producing minerals, oil and gas and are purchasers of oil and gas royalties. As a company, Flint Rock Resourcesacquires lease acreage and geological and geophysical data for purposes of assembling exploration and developmental drilling prospects and now the company also focuses in approved geological areas where it has been anticipated or it has determined exploitation for oil and gas development is about to take place.
Just come across this comment on our company. I don't know who the reviewer is so I can't comment on their particular situation but it is very disappointing to see these comments as we work very hard to provide a great service for our customers. We have been building the company steadily over seven years and the feedback is normally very positive. On the rare occassions when a customer does have an issue we do what we can to resolve it, in a polite and professional manner.
