Awful Company & Service

We used Numberstore for a few years initially with no real problems. We decided to port our number away to another provider who offered superior tracking for calls.

This port was successful meaning we had no numbers with them. I cancelled my account with them at this time.

They have continued to debt our account every month since, when i try to call them about it I am on hold for over an hour each time.

They also renewed a number which wasnt mine and billed me for it, yet this number doesnt appear in my user dashboard. Weh speaking with their customer services team they also cannot see the number in my dashboard. They also havent refunded me for this number.

I have cancelled the DD via internet banking only for it to be reactivated. I have now cancelled it again and put in a claim to get the money back.

Totally un-professional!

Absolute Rubbish

Number store what a joke!.. My 0800 number has gone down 3 times in the last 6 weeks. It's a bloody joke we have lost clients right left and centre.. I'm cancelling it. My advice stay clear of these clowns!.. Most of their staff are foreign and their command of English is terrible.

Numberstore.com - Customer Service Is A Joke

We have an 0845 number with numberstore.com and for over 5 days the line went down. This was our main sales line and it cost us money.

Despite this the attitude of numberstore.com customer service staff was lamentable. First they didn't know what the problem was, then they blamed it on their supplier (Vodafone) and they didn't seem to know what to do. They said they would keep us up to date but instead we had to keep contacting them.

Days went by and the problem wasn't solved. Then after the event they said that they were unwilling to fully compensate us for the situation. They offered a small credit which did not cover the loss and so we are going to have to recover it through the courts.

The parent company is based in Ireland and their contract is apparently subject to California law for some reason?? Anyway, we are going to have to pursue in the new year to help show them that they should not shy away from their responsibilities.

In the meantime I would recommend that people avoid this company for their telephony services.
