I was finding it troublesome to configure settings of my antivirus on my PC. At that very moment, my neighbor stepped in and on hearing the problem asked me to contact iyogi. I placed the call twice but no one responded. After few more attempts, I got connected to their local technician. He took remote access of my PC and worked on it nearly for half n’ hour. Since then, my PC has been working really well and there are no threats of any cyber attack. I’m very relieved. Though they’re a bit late in responding but their service is fine nonetheless.

I called up iYogi tech support to get some help for my troubling laptop. The service person was rather nice, but it took me too long to get connected to him through their toll free number. However, he proved to be a patient listener to my tech troubles and took remote access of my laptop. It took him nearly half n’ hour to fix the laptop, but since then it has been working really well without any freezes and crashes. Though it’s a bit difficult to approach them , but their service is quite reliable and affordable.
