I went to work with HireRight for about a year and I really would not recommend them to anyone.

The managers are all uneducated, unqualified and unprofessional. They use bullying, intimidation and psychological warfare on a daily basis in order to get you to do things and apply unnecessary pressure. There are several different departments and many consist of people who do nothing quite literally.

This makes the job extremely difficult. Firstly, it is advertised as data entry, but it is nothing of the sort. It is more sales, business to business with high targets, which are often unrealistic and little pay and incentives are offered. One example of how bad they are was when a team leader from a department called to speak to the account manager, and when you stated he wasn't available, she would be very angry and rude. On numerous occasions she would just slam the phone down on you because of her aggressive and rude behaviour.

On many occasions managers will take you in the meeting room to scream at you, even if you do your work and meet their targets you are never safe as they will come to your for hourly updates. They will ridicule you in front of others without hesitation and bullying, mind games, as well as forming groups of bullies is common in this place. The salary is by far one of the worst in comparison to the job role. It is £14,000 per annum and never goes higher than £16,000 per annum for the various promotions or other positions that they have available.
