Disgraceful Customer Service
I have found Microdec Plc to be the most unhelpful business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Having purchased their CRM recruitment software, I found a number of bugs in the system that consistently stopped it working effectively for long periods of time. The business didn't seem bothered that such problems were ongoing and failed to fix them but also failed to be bothered that this caused business disruption for us.
I always like to meet suppliers face to face as I believe you can resolve queries much quicker but Microdec Plc's account teams constantly failed to return phone calls, would only respond to emails with the points they wanted to answer and failed to turn up to meetings or even resolve them on a number of occasions. Even following their complaints process did nothing and they could just not be bothered to even respond to letters. Their approach to managing customers is nothing short of appalling. There are so many recruitment software providers available, don't bother with this one as they don't give a damn about you.
