My wife recently had to sue the NHS after they made a mistake during her surgery. She was ill for months afterwards and had loads of time off work. We contacted this company (and a few others), but these people seemed to be smaller and a bit more personal. We dealt with a lady call Sheila who was really professional from beginning to end. My wife didn't really know what to do (or me) but they dealt with the lot and call all the records they needed.

It took about 6 months to sort but we were kept updated all along. It was nice to feel like a customer and not just another number. Highly recommended.
